Project Overview
Jirav is a financial data modeling start up and I was their first UX designer hire. Previously they had used contractors to handle most of the design work. As I was their first real full time designer they had asked if I could produce a UX design process handbook. This would be my opportunity to help the team understand what to expect from me and what they could do to help me facilitate a good, collaborative process.
The process also included:
• how to assign a new project
• what goes into the ux process
• how design, product and development will work together.
